The rooms are very clean and updated. And wireless sucks! Here is a partial list of issues: Lights did not work properly, gave us the wrong type of key, internet would not stay connected, shower drain did not work, air conditioner was loud, but did not cool the room, and the fire alarm went off twice during the night. For what it bills itself as ie: "Posh", it's certainly not. If you are a gym fan, you might be slightly disappointed. Place is a joke. If you are staying relatively in the area, I'd suggest the Langham, or you can go down the road to the Grange St. Pauls. Excellent hotel in a great area. The biggest downside here is the thin walls, it's really really thin , i can hear everything going on in both of the rooms neighboring my room. The staff are also not very responsive and for the money you pay for a night there are so many other places that are better in London.The room did not any tea or coffee making facilities and no free wifi.
