For what it bills itself as ie: "Posh", it's certainly not. If you are a gym fan, you might be slightly disappointed. Place is a joke. If you are staying relatively in the area, I'd suggest the Langham, or you can go down the road to the Grange St. Pauls. Excellent hotel in a great area. Fast-forward to our 10-day trip this November and my desire to be in the heart of London. Case in point, last time I was in London, my knees hit the wall when I sat on the toilet in my hotel room. Over an hour later I called (as I had fallen asleep) and was told that there were orders ahead of us and they had to respect the queue. Strange place. I'm usually a frugal traveler. But since they didn't have a record of any of our requests that the air be checked, it was too little too late. I won't be back and I won't be recommending this hotel for business travel anymore. The rooms were small, very tight bathrooms and could not control thermostats. Fabulous location on Conduit Street just minutes walk from Oxford Street, Green Park and Picadilly. The biggest downside here is the thin walls, it's really really thin , i can hear everything going on in both of the rooms neighboring my room. The staff are also not very responsive and for the money you pay for a night there are so many other places that are better in London.The room did not any tea or coffee making facilities and no free wifi. Waited 30 more, they told us we were getting an upgrade and we should wait another 15. High end finishes that show their age gives the place class, but you can tell it is past its prime.
